Old Father Timer   5.8% ABV

A rich copper-brown in colour with a strong, malty aroma and a full bodied complete flavour.

Available November, December and January

Malt & Hops   4.5% ABV

Unkilned green hops used within hours of picking impart a surge of cleansing orange zest flavours and refreshing bitterness which balances the malt-sweet palate of this pale harvest ale.

Available September & October

Bishops Tipple   5% ABV

A golden brew with an intriguing aroma from the delicate Saaz and spicy Styrian Goldings hops. The full flavour is well balanced with hop bitterness giving a clean finish for easy drinking.

NB.  This is now a regular beer and will be available all year round.
